Gas Fitting
First and foremost with all of our gas fittings is safety; carbon monoxide is as deadly as it is difficult to detect as a result all of our engineers are fully Gas Safe registered and would be happy to prove it upon request. .
The building regulations in England and Wales make it a legal requirement for the local authority to be informed about the installation of a heat producing gas appliance e.g. boiler or fire, only a Gas Safe registered engineer can fit a new gas appliance, once a gas appliance has been installed it can only be notified by a Gas Safe registered engineer, this will comply with building regulations.
If you are a landlord please see here for information on what you are legally obliged to do and what you really should be doing.
